Nick has been a qualified and practicing solicitor since 1990. Initially, Nick worked in private practice and specialised in employment law. He was a partner and head of the employment law team at Michelmores, in Exeter, for ten years.
More recently, Nick has worked as an employed, in-house lawyer, undertaking general commercial work. He was General Counsel at the Met Office for seven years.
Nick now works on a freelance basis, for a portfolio of interesting business clients, protecting their legal interests and providing strategic advice to suit their commercial goals and their business cultures.

Tina started work as an unqualified paralegal in 1988. She worked full-time but studied for and passed all her Legal Executive exams by 1995. She subsequently qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and throughout her career, she has worked in the fields of civil litigation and dispute resolution.
Tina has worked for various private practice law firms in Bristol, Leeds and Exeter, making and defending personal injury claims. That part of her career included ten years with Bond Pearce (now Womble Bond Dickinson LLP). She then spent several years working on a variety of commercial legal disputes for the in-house legal team of a FTSE 250 utility company.
Since 2018, Tina has worked on a freelance basis and she advises clients in connection with disputes ranging in value from thousands to millions of pounds.
